Our food is made fresh in house daily with baked breads, desserts, soups, chutneys and dressings. We also have daily deliveries of fresh meat and fish from local suppliers. Menus are based on seasonal, local produce with farm to fork traceablity; some of our suppliers are Mc Geoughs Master Butchers, Galway Bay Seafood, Celtic Salad, Killeen Farmhouse cheese. The story behind our meat Our beef is 100 % Irish and provided by the best Master Butchers in the West, James Mc Geoughs. We are proud to be working in partnership with Mc Geoughs to deliver the highest quality of steak to our customers. James Mc Geough shares our passion and enthusiasm for quality and you will taste the difference! At Brasserie on The Corner we only source beef, lamb, pork and chicken that use professional breeding techniques and healthy breeding environment. All our produce is 100 % Irish with farm to fork traceability. The Story behind our Stone The concept of hot stone cooking has been around since early Egyptian times with stone identified early on as containing excellent heat retention properties. At 350c our stones beautifully sear in the natural flavours of the meat and allow you the perfect blend of heat to cook the steak exactly how you like it… Steak Stones not only provide a sensational dining experience but also a fresh and healthy way of cooking your food. All of this adds up to a fresh and healthy alternative with unrivalled taste that is sure to keep you coming back for more.
